The Pulsing Water Therapy™ System is actually very simple... yet, heavily patented.

It consists of the gray colored computer that is mounted on top of the Trolley System. The computer is very easy to operate with a pushbutton template build onto a computer.

The computer offers several effective modes to be able to clear the bowel effectively between 30-60 minutes with pulsing water that is pumped from the water tank that you see in the front of the Trolley.

The rear tank contains the large waste containment bag that you see in the photo of the disposable kit photo to the right. This bag provides a telescopic hose that comes out of the tank to connect to the large waste does that you see in the disposable kit photo.

The red object is a siphon-system that is placed in the bathroom sink with running tap water going inside of the container through screened opening. The proper temperature of the water is measured at the tap with a thermometer. The water temperature should be slightly above body temperature, i.e., 98°.

The body temperature tap water is infused into the bowel allowing the pulsing water to hydrate the school and help break up the stool for easy evacuation back through the speculum and into the waste bag/container. Then the waste card is rolled over to a toilet for easy emptying as shown here.

The hose coming from the waist bag is inserted into the toilet water in the tank tilted to empty.

The contents of the toilet are easily flushed away.

The patented disposable kit is called a PIE*Pak.

At the center of the above picture is the rectal speculum that has an inflatable retention cuff to prevent accidental ejection during the procedure in any water leakage.

This is a picture of the inflated retention cuff.

Please notice the PIE* Speculum Pump that is connected to the PIE* Speculum to allow for three squeezes of this air pump to inflate the retention cuff as shown in this picture.

The speculum is attached to the B-Valve as shown in the picture below.

The clear blue plastic apparatus is known as the B-Valve. It is patented because of the unique method of closing this bowel to prevent water from escaping the bowel closed during the infusion of water process.

It is designed to automatically open to allow the water to escape in the event the bowel pressures from contractions gets too strong (3 PSI).

The picture below illustrates the Pulsing Water Therapy™ inside of a clear tube that represents the bowel walls.

As you can see in this animation the Pulsing Water Therapy™ is extremely gentle... yet extremely effective therapy for the bowel. It strengthens the bowel each time the therapy is used. The Pulsing Water Therapy™ stimulates the muscle movement in the bowel.

As you can see in the above picture the Pulsing Water Therapy™ Procedure is performed while individual is laying on their bed.

Please notice that bed action pad as one of these is provided each disposable kit along with speculums lubricating jelly and all of the disposable components.

We recommend that the individual lay on their left side during the procedure to allow the water to flow up what in the Colon without any difficulties. If this position is uncomfortable for anyone the procedure can be done while on their back with a pillow under the hips as long as the bed can be elevated as shown in the above picture.

The water flows from your Colon by gravity only so it’s especially important to elevate the shoulders if possible.

The assistant to the procedure can watch the hose coming from the speculum and when those begins to push back which from the body that is a good indication that sufficient water has been infused.

The end of each procedure... part of the Trolley System that carries the Waste Bag is simply rolled over to a nearby toilet for usually emptying as shown in the above picture.

It has been our experience that after the first 30 days of doing the procedure... you should experience that each procedure time is getting less and less.

In the beginning... your first procedures can be up to 2 hours because of hard stool and your body has not adapted to the Pulsing Water Therapy™ and your bowel muscles may not have been strengthened yet.

Please be patient as the PIE* Trolley System is only a tool and each individual and their assistant will have to become more experience in what works for you.

Once your assistant becomes knowledgeable on the procedure you might want to consider providing this procedure to other people with disabilities in your area and receive compensation.
